Book 2, Post 2

In the book the "No-Nonsense Guide to Climate Change: The Science, the Solutions, and the Way Forward" by Danny Chivers, the author lists the current state of our environment, how our actions affect climate change, and what we can do in the fight against global warming. Book 2, Post 1

I have chosen to read "The No-Nonsense Guide to Climate Change: The Science, the Solutions, and the Way Forward" by Danny Chivers. The reason I chose this book is that I am passionate about sustainability and, in particular, ocean conservation efforts. I am currently in a class at USC called Green Entrepreneurship, and it has been fascinating learning about different sustainable and environmentally friendly businesses. So I am hoping to supplement my studies and learn more about how to save the environment by reading this book.  What I have read so far is the introduction to the book provided by the author, Danny Chivers. He explains that climate change is an immediate issue that we need more time to resolve. He shares that this book is concise but holds vital information about our environment and climate. I am looking forward to reading this book, not only so that I can better understand our current state but also to explain it to others better.
